Research from the University of Oxford has suggested that moderate alcohol consumption, particularly within the context of UK pub culture, is associated with better wellbeing and increased social engagement, which may indirectly contribute to longevity.
According to a new report from Drinkaware, 49% of young adults choose no & low-alcohol to moderate their drinking, nearly doubling since 2018 (28%).
