Non-League preview: Sutton United face Farnborough aiming to go four unbeaten after rediscovering form

Sutton United face second-bottom Farnborough in Saturday’s Conference South game hoping to extend their three-match unbeaten run.

United beat Hemel Hempstead Town 2-1 on Tuesday with two goals from striker Dan Fitchett securing the points at Vauxhall Road.

Fitchett’s 84th minute winner meant Paul Doswell’s team have secured seven points from a possible nine in their last three games, having struggled for consistency this season.

The clash with the Tudors was Doswell’s 400th game in charge of Sutton.

Kingstonian play Maidstone United in the Ryman Premier League and will be looking to build on Monday’s 3-0 win over Lewes at Kingsmeadow.

A Charlie Penny brace and a Jesse Darko goal were enough to see off ten-man Lewes.

But top-of-the-table Maidstone should present a more formidable challenge for Tommy Williams’ team.

Hampton & Richmond Borough make the long trip to Leiston following back-to-back wins over Harrow Borough and promotion-hopefuls Dulwich Hamlet.

The Beavers win over Dulwich last week means Alan Dowson’s side have beaten two of the division’s top sides this season.

Metropolitan Police take on Enfield Town, with the Met’s unbeaten run stretching back to 10th December.

A 1-1 draw against Canvey Island at Imber Court on Tuesday means they have not lost in ten games.

In Ryman Division One South, Carshalton Athletic travel to Corinthian Casuals after beating East Grinstead Town 3-1 last Saturday.

Tooting & Mitcham play Burgess Hill Town while Walton Casuals head to the south coast to play Worthing.

Walton & Hersham’s midweek draw with Herne Bay was their fifth 1-1 result in seven games.

They will be aiming to go one better at home to Folkstone Invicta on Saturday.

Raynes Park Vale go to Farnham Town without a win in their last four Combined Counties League matches.

Colliers Wood United play Ashford Town at the Robert Parker Stadium.
