Chelsea seek revenge against Villa as they look to maintain their early momemtum

Chelsea vs Aston Villa @Stamford Bridge

Chelsea will be looking to continue their unbeaten start to their Premier League campaign this weekend at home to Aston Villa.

Jose Mourinho is likely to make several changes to the side that defeated Bolton in the Capital One Cup in midweek with Cesc Fabregas, Eden Hazard and John Terry expected to return to the starting line up.

Star striker Diego Costa is also likely to start and will be looking to add to the seven goals he has scored so far this season.

The Spaniard will face a tough test against a Villa defence who have kept three clean sheets in their opening five games.

Villa have got off to a spectacular start this season and currently sit third in the table, just three points behind leaders Chelsea.

The Blues had an afternoon to forget the last time the two sides met, losing 1-0 in what proved to be a major blow in their bid for the league title.

Fabian Delph was the Villa hero in March, when Willian, Ramires and Mourinho were all sent off for Chelsea.

The special one will be looking for a reaction from his players after dropping points last weekend against Manchester City and Villa will have to be at their best if they are to end Chelsea’s unbeaten start to the season.
