Nine Elms cultural centre fights for musical futures against arts budget cuts

The World Heart Beat cultural centre has become a home to many economically disadvantaged music students in south-west London.

The centre sits in the heart of the new Nine Elms development and hosts 350 students.

We explored the centre’s state-of-the-art studio, recording space and concert hall.

Watch more here to see what they had to say.
