Planned closures and disruptions across TfL services this weekend

Planned closures will take place across Transport for London (TFL) services this weekend and the following week. Here is a list of them.

London Underground

There is planned strike action every Friday and Saturday night on the Central and Victoria lines between 8:30pm and 4:29am the following morning until Sunday 19 June.

On the Central Line, on Friday 22 April, the night tube will not run between Leytonstone and Loughton from 1:00am until 3:00am, and from 03:00am on Saturday 23 and all-day on Sunday 24 April, there will be no services between Woodford and Epping, including the night tube between Woodford and Loughton on Saturday.

A rail replacement bus service will run.

On the Northern line, on Saturday 23 there will be no services between Charing Cross and Battersea Power Station or Stockwell.

This is on top of the fact that no services are running between Kennington and Moorgate.

On the Piccadilly Line, until spring 2022 trains will not stop at South Kensington, while the Circle and District lines will continue to stop and the station will remain open.

London Overground

On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 April there will be no services between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction.

From Monday 25 until Thursday 28 April, no services will run between Sydenham and West Croydon after 10:15pm each night.

TfL Rail

On Saturday 23 April, a reduced service will run between Paddington and Heathrow T2 & 3, after 10:15pm, with trains not calling at Acton Main Line, Hanwell, and West Ealing.

On Sunday 24 April, there will be no TFL Rail, Heathrow Express, or Great Western Railway services between Paddington and Heathrow T5 until 6:30 am, and between Paddington and Ealing Broadway until 8:00am.

Buses and roads

TfL announced that bus journeys will be affected by the above changes this weekend with an expectation to run a good service, but with possible delays.

Moreover, Whitehall will be closed for the Royal Society of St. George Annual Wreath Laying between 9:30am and 12:00pm.

Santander Cycles

The following docking stations are suspended this weekend:

Bayley Street, Bloomsbury (Saturday 23 April only),

Cadogan Gardens, Chelsea,

Chepstow Villas, Notting Hill
