Twickenham Dads Club celebrated its first anniversary this summer with a walk where it all began.
The social group for dads was founded last year by Josh Goddard in the hopes of building a community where dads of newborns and young children could connect, share experiences and support one another as they navigate parenthood.
The club has proven a success, with dozens of local dads partaking in weekly socials, from walks to workshops, and amassing nearly 1500 followers on Instagram.
To celebrate its first year in action, Twickenham Dads Club hosted a walk and social, meeting in Marble Hill Park – the site of its very first gathering.
Goddard said: “To sit here a year from that moment and see the community as it is now is fantastic.”
