Two people working out at Feel Electric

Train like the Kardashians with new fitness studio in Fulham

Fitness studio Feel Electric has opened a new flagship branch on Fulham Road, SW6 where clients can try their hand at new fitness craze EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation).

EMS has become a favourite of LA celebs, with Kendall and Kylie Jenner trying it out on last month’s episode of The Kardashians.

Clients will be kitted out in specialised EMS suits that stimulate muscles as you train.

The advanced wireless technology sends low-frequency electrical impulses to stimulate muscle contractions and intensify workout effects.

By activating up to 90% of muscles simultaneously, EMS training boasts to accelerate muscle growth, increasing strength, and burning fat more efficiently than a traditional workout.

FEEL ELECTRIC: The fitness studio is adding venues across south west London, including Fulham

Feel Electric, who already have studios in Clapham, Raynes Park and St Johns Wood, hope to use EMS to revolutionise fitness by focusing on efficiency and a results-driven approach to training.

Their new flagship Fulham venue will soon be followed by further studios in Islington, Twickenham and Kingston.

EMS is suitable for all ages and abilities, as it works to  repair and strengthen muscles around joints, which will improve mobility overall.

Feel Electric also offers low impact EMS Programmes for those recovering from injury.

If you’d like to try your hand at EMS training Feel Electric offer packages starting at £25 per session.

Feel Electric sessions can be private or for up to two people.
