Motorsports range from daredevil stunts to an exciting hobby, satisfying both adrenaline seekers and motorist enthusiasts.
Motorcycling challenges the human body and works various muscles, while also releasing dopamine and reduces the stress hormone cortisol.
The pastime also offers a way for like-minded people to connect through a shared passion, forming friendships and social circles that extend to tours and trips all over the world.
But many riders are unaware of these benefits.
Motorcyclist Tim Beckh said: “I’ve never been aware of the kind of exertion in a sense of isolating my core muscles or any of that.”
