Mind Body Spirit Festival returned to London’s iconic venue Olympia for four whole days of celebrations of spirituality and wellbeing.
The festival brought together leading voices in spirituality, holistic health, and personal development.

Founded in 1977, the Mind Body Spirit Festivals (MBS) in London and Birmingham have continually captured the essence of personal growth and spiritual practices, welcoming thousands of visitors each year.
Rosalind Moody, MBS festival show programmer said: “It’s great to see many people-old and young, come through the doors at this year’s Mind Body Festival London.”
What to Expect at This Year’s Festival
A festival favourite, the Wellbeing Market returned with over 175 unique, independent brands offering everything from crystals and organic beauty to yoga gear, holistic remedies and essential oils.
Shanni Gabbidon, founder of Iuvo Skincare and one of this year’s exhibitors shared her excitement: “We are here at Mind Body Spirit Festival to showcase our natural products for all of the skin types and various sensitivities.”
Iuvo is a natural and organic vegan certified skin hair and body hair brand launched 10 years ago by Shanni Gabbidon’s late mother.
Shoppers can explore gifts and wellness essentials not found on the high street.
The 2025 MBS festival featured seven vibrant stages and a dynamic schedule filled with workshops, sound baths, breathwork, laughter yoga and transformative ceremonies.
Over 111 free sessions will be organised to inspire and educate attendees about topics that will resonate with their personal growth and wellbeing.
Leading the sessions, were some of the most influential voices in the wellness and spirituality space including Robert Holden, Kyle Gray, Dr. Gemma Newman, S.B. Keshava Swami, Sonia Choquette, Michelle Elman, Beáta Alföldi, Estelle Bingham, TJ Higgs, Karen Kay, Nicky Alan, Tamu Thomas, George Lizos, and Maggie Colette, among many others.
Speaking about the event, Moody said: “We have got unmissable speakers and amazing workshops.”
Catherine Grave, founder of New World Creations and one of this year’s exhibitors said: “We love coming to do this show and we love inspiring people.”
