A music centre in Twickenham is providing a place for young people to swap screen time with connection through rock music.
School of Rock is giving teenagers the opportunity to rehearse in bands, perform live and spend time together in person.
With concerns continuing over the effects of excessive social media use on young people’s wellbeing, tutors at the school reveal that the atmosphere helps students build confidence, improve teamwork and find lasting friendships.
The South West Londoner visited the School of Rock in Twickenham to find out how playing music together is helping teenagers reconnect face to face.
