    Despite all the misinformation put out by feminists, the judgment in the Court of Appeal in R v Challen makes it clear that the recent (and fair) decision was NOT about alleged, so-called “coercive control” of the merciless, deliberate killer by her victim earlier on life, but rather about the possible availability of a diminished responsibility partial defence that the court has decided a new jury ought to be allowed to consider in the light of new evidence of mental illness not available at Sally’s first trial,
