WATCH – ‘We don’t feel alone anymore’: FAME celebrates 10 years

A production celebrating diversity, inclusion and opportunity called FAME has celebrated 10 years of uplifting young people with special needs.

FAME, which stands for Fashion, Art, Music and Entertainment, is a production company dedicated to providing a platform for children and young people with a range of disabilities, helping them to build confidence and foster community through performing arts.

FAME has been dedicated to providing a platform for young people with disabilities for the past ten years

More than 200 audience members piled into the Doubletree by Hilton in Kingston on Sunday 18 October to watch the show commemorate its tenth year.

The evening consisted of a showcase featuring music, dance and drama performances – as well as two full-cast fashion shows – all strung together by comedian Tim Vine, the show’s compere.

FAME began in Dubai in 2016, and has brought together young people with SEND and their families from across the globe.

This was their second show in London, featuring over 30 young performers.
