The biggest Mass Climate lobby this decade saw thousands of people meet with their MPs in Westminster to demand a greener and fairer future for all.
The lobby, which took place on July 9, was organised by activist group The Climate Coalition due to growing concerns over the UK’s preparedness for the impact of climate change.
Over 5,000 people met with their MPs and asked them to deliver vital funding to communities hit hardest by climate change, better job security and the restoration of nature.
The Executive Director of The Climate Coalition, Helen Meech, said: “Meeting your MP is one of the most powerful actions that an individual can take.
“Through these meetings, we hope to encourage politicians to lead and create policy change.”
