Sunshine state still too close to call

It’s set to be a long night in Florida – one of the key battlegrounds in the presidential election.

The result is still too close to call in the sunshine state, with experts predicting the result could come as late as tomorrow morning.

With 90% of the votes counted, Donald Trump leads by just over 1%, which could very well swing back and forth before the official announcement comes in.

Florida is seen to be a must-win state for Trump, given the 29 seats at stake he cannot afford to give up that margin to Hillary Clinton.

If Clinton gains Florida, it could well be game over for Trump.

Trump took an early lead over Clinton, which was overturned after a flow of wins for the Democrats.
