Wellness has become a growing part of everyday life for some, with nutrition and health becoming counterparts to social connectedness and finding community.
As the health and wellness industry continue to expand, wellness is a term which can encapsulate a broad scope of activities, as well as feelings.
Following the launch of The Wellness Tap, Holland & Barrett‘s wellness pub pop-up event launching their Back Your Body campaign on July 8, the brand hope to challenge the idea that taking care of ones health needs to be a restrictive act.
The event featured free hydration pints, healthy snacks and nutrition-focused talks among many other activities. But beyond the happenings, visitors of the pub had their own ideas about what wellness truly means today.
I asked attendees: What does wellness mean in 2026?
