The Rollin’ Stoned perform sell-out gig at Twickenham music club

Acclaimed rock band The Rollin’ Stoned performed at a Twickenham music club in October.

The Rollin’ Stoned, a tribute act to The Rolling Stones, appeared on 20 October at The Eel Pie Club, based at The Cabbage Patch pub since June 2000.

The group performed The Rolling Stones hits to a sold-out crowd for over two hours.

David Farren, who stars as ‘Keith Retched’, said: “We’re trying to embody a band that has lasted a lifetime and has different incarnations.”

Gina Way and Warren Walters founded and have managed The Eel Pie Club since its inception in April 2000.

Walters believed arts and culture will survive the current cost-of-living crisis.

He added: “It survived through all sorts of times of crisis.

“And in fact, that helps to boost morale.”
