Cyclist killed after being hit by lorry on Chelsea’s Fulham Road

A cyclist has been killed after being hit by a lorry in Chelsea.

Police were called at 10:43am today to the accident on Fulham Road at the junction with Redcliffe Gardens.

Police are appealing for witnesses who saw the accident to contact them with information

Police are working to establish the identity of the man, believed to be in his 50s, who died at the scene.

It is the fourth time a cyclist has been killed on the capital’s roads so far this year.

The driver of the lorry stopped at the scene and was not arrested.
