South Pacific: New Wimbledon Theatre

This breathtaking and lavish Lincoln Center Theater production reinvented Rodgers and Hammerstein’s classic musical. It swept the 2008 Tony Awards, played for two years to sold-out houses on Broadway and was televised across America. This smash hit musical has now enchanted UK audiences, receiving huge critical acclaim and sold out houses at London’s Barbican, before embarking on a record breaking sold out UK tour.

With a cast and a live orchestra of 50, this international landmark production, brought to you by the producers of West Side Story and Guys and Dolls comes to the New Wimbledon Theatre for two weeks only.

A family friendly play based on a novel by Michael Morpurgo, author of the highly acclaimed War Horse.

It is a tale of a brother and sister who leave Ireland for America in pursuit of their father and to escape the potato famine.

War Horse – Fact and Fiction: National Army Museum, Chelsea

Until Saturday 31st March

Free Admission

An exhibition that aims to get behind the real life stories of the war horse heroes that inspired Michael Morpurgo’s novel .

The exhibition also features props and costumes from the Steven Spielberg film and a dominating barb-wire sculpture of a war horse by artist, Laura Antebi.
