A man is fighting for his life after crashing his motorbike on a busy road in Stockwell this morning.
The man, who has not been named, hit a 4×4 Land Cruiser on the corner of Stockwell Road and Landor Road, leaving pieces of his bike scattered across the road.
The crash happened at around 7:20am, with police and paramedics quickly on the scene.
It is believed that the man was taken by ambulance to Kings College Hospital, where he is in a critical condition.
The junction was cordoned off and the road closed, leading to major congestion in and around the Brixton area during rush hour.
