A Halloween prank which saw five men stop cars and buses with their orange traffic cone outfits tickled Kingston Police officers in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Officers responded to reports of ‘males dressed as traffic cones, blocking the road like traffic cones’ at around 4.40am.

Police uploaded a screen grab of the log detailing the situation on Facebook and Twitter which has been re-tweeted and shared hundreds of times.
No arrests were made.
