Theatre-goers can enjoy the Edwardian grandeur of yesteryear at New Wimbledon Theatre when summer refurbishments are completed later this month.
The theatre will unveil new dress circle balcony seats and a revamped stalls bar for the opening of The Glenn Miller Story on August 28.
In addition to the revamp audience members will also have the chance to order drinks, and have them delivered, from the comfort of their seats with the introduction of Ordertorium.
General Manager Calum Kemp said: “We are extremely proud to unveil this fantastic refurbishment of the stalls bar and our new dress circle balcony seats which will both bring a higher level of theatrical experience to New Wimbledon Theatre.
“These seats will make your evening extra special and includes cava and chocolates, a great add on to your experience with us at NWT.
“We look forward to welcoming patrons to our theatre this autumn where we have a fantastic programme of shows.”
The dress circle balcony seats are now available to buy for productions for future shows and can be purchased online, by phone or at the box office.
